In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use sdy6d. This is a strict, non-waivable requirement. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. sdy6d reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 Jurisdiction. sdy6d's services are directed at adult players in the Indonesian market. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. sdy6d makes no representation that its services are legal in all jurisdictions.

2.3 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

2.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Employees, contractors, directors, or agents of sdy6d or any affiliated entity;
• Persons who have been self-excluded from sdy6d or from any other licensed gambling platform;
• Persons acting on behalf of a third party or using another person's financial instruments without authorisation.

3.1 Registration Requirements. To open an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You agree to promptly update this information whenever it changes.

3.2 KYC Verification. sdy6d is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests and upon triggering risk-based review thresholds. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following:

• A copy of your government-issued national identity card (KTP) or passport;
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days);

3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. sdy6d recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify sdy6d immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. sdy6d will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

3.4 Account Closure. sdy6d reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at any time and for any reason, including (but not limited to) breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, failure to complete KYC, or extended inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

4.1 Supported Deposit Methods. sdy6d accepts deposits via the following channels:

• Bank transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri;
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja;
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC20 and ERC20), BTC, ETH.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. The minimum deposit is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and e-wallets. The maximum single deposit is Rp 100.000.000, though higher amounts may be accommodated for verified VIP accounts by prior arrangement. Cryptocurrency minimum deposits are equivalent to approximately Rp 100.000 at the prevailing market rate at time of deposit.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Bank transfers and e-wallet deposits credited to your sdy6d Account within five (5) minutes during standard banking hours. Off-hours deposits (typically between 22.00 and 08.00 WIB) may take up to 24 hours to confirm depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are subject to:

• Completion of KYC verification;
• No outstanding bonus wagering requirements on the requested withdrawal amount;
• A minimum withdrawal amount of Rp 100.000;
• Withdrawals being made only to accounts or wallets registered in the same name as the sdy6d Account.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. 4.6 Anti-Money-Laundering Controls. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to automated AML screening. sdy6d reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation, to delay processing pending review, and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable international AML standards. Funds suspected of being associated with criminal activity will be frozen pending investigation.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and special offers issued by sdy6d are subject to these general terms and any additional specific terms published with the offer at the time of its promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific bonus terms prevail.

5.2 Welcome Bonus. New Players may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit, subject to the following standard conditions:

• A wagering requirement of 5× (five times) the bonus amount must be met before the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it become withdrawable;
• The welcome bonus must be claimed within 30 days of Account registration;

5.4 Bonus Abuse. sdy6d employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to generate guaranteed profits from bonuses ("bonus arbitrage"), and systematic exploitation of promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, sdy6d reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend the Account, and require repayment of any funds withdrawn as a result of the abusive behaviour.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on sdy6d are subject to acceptance at the sole discretion of the Platform. sdy6d reserves the right to refuse any bet, to impose maximum bet limits, and to limit or close the accounts of Players whose betting patterns indicate professional or arbitrage activity inconsistent with recreational use of the Platform.

6.2 Sports Betting. Football betting markets on sdy6d — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and Piala AFF — are governed by the standard sports-betting rules published on the Platform. Key provisions include:

• Match abandonment: Bets on an abandoned match are void unless a settlement ruling is explicitly stated in the sport-specific rules;
• Void bets: Voided bets are refunded to the Account balance at the original stake value;
• Live betting: In-play bets accepted during live matches are final at the moment of acceptance unless an obvious error has occurred;
• Mix parlay (accumulators): If one selection in a mix parlay is voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the void selection removed at odds of 1.00.

Where no definitive outcome can be established, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded. sdy6d accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sdy6d and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law-enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Colluding with other players in poker, live-dealer games, or sports betting to manipulate outcomes;
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or betting on events in which the Player has an insider influence over the outcome;
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using sdy6d to process proceeds of criminal activity;
• Operating a betting syndicate through a sdy6d account without prior written authorisation;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain winnings to which you would not otherwise be entitled. Any such winnings must be reported immediately and will be voided;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sdy6d staff or other players via any communication channel.

8.1 All content on the sdy6d Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, source code, data compilations, and design elements — is the intellectual property of sdy6d or its licensors and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

8.3 Game content and studio branding (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on sdy6d under valid licensing agreements.

9.1 sdy6d provides its Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 9.3 In no event shall sdy6d's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit sdy6d's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10.1 sdy6d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

10.2 sdy6d uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Account passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing. sdy6d does not store full payment card numbers on its servers.

10.3 sdy6d may share your personal data with third parties in the following circumstances: as required to process transactions (payment processors, banks); as required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory authority; with fraud-prevention services and KYC verification providers; and with game content providers to the minimum extent necessary to facilitate game delivery.

12.3 The version of these Terms in effect at the time a dispute arises shall govern the resolution of that dispute.
